# AI Submittal Review

> Compare submittal packages against project drawings in one click — get structured compliance findings with drawing references, conflicts flagged, and a clear recommendation before you pick up a pen.

Open any submittal, click **AI Review**, click **Run AI Review** — that's it. The system reads the uploaded PDFs, cross-references them against the linked drawing sheets, and returns structured findings: what's compliant, what conflicts, what's missing, and whether to approve.

## Quick Start

### 1. Link the relevant drawings

On the **Details** tab, scroll to **Linked Drawings** and click **Link Drawing**. Search by number or title, or filter by discipline. Click **Link** on the sheet.

If you skip this step, the AI auto-selects drawings based on the submittal's discipline and title — good enough for a first pass.

### 2. Run the review

Click the **AI Review** tab, then click **Run AI Review**.

### 3. Read the findings

The panel shows:

* A recommendation badge: **Approve**, **Approve with Comments**, or **Revise and Resubmit**
* A brief overall summary
* Three finding categories: **Compliant**, **Conflicts**, and **Missing** — each citing the drawing sheet it references

## What If It Can't Compare?

**No submittal text** — Upload the PDF package to the submittal and wait for processing to finish, then re-run.

**No drawing text** — Upload drawing PDFs to the Drawings module. Sheets with the **⚙ AI-readable** chip have confirmed extracted content.
