# Submit Feedback

> Send feedback from inside the app when something is wrong, confusing, or missing.

Use feedback when something is wrong, confusing, missing, or worth improving.
Clear feedback helps the internal team understand what you were doing and what
needs attention.

## What To Include

* What you expected to happen.
* What actually happened.
* The project, tool, or record you were using.
* Any specific wording, number, file, or button that looked wrong.

## When Feedback Mode Is Available

1. Select the feedback control.
2. Choose the part of the page the feedback is about.
3. Describe the issue or request.
4. Submit the feedback.

## When To Ask The AI Assistant Instead

[Ask Alleato](/help/articles/ai-assistant-overview) is better when you need help finding something or
understanding a workflow. Feedback is better when the product itself needs to be
fixed, changed, or clarified.

## What Happens Next

Submitted feedback is reviewed by the internal team. The more specific the
feedback is, the easier it is to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve.
