# Meetings

> Review meeting transcripts, AI-generated insights, action items, and meeting prep documents.

The Meetings tool collects every project meeting with its transcript, AI-generated summary, and extracted action items. Meeting transcripts are pulled in automatically from Fireflies after each recorded meeting.

## Open Meetings

1. Select the project.
2. Open **Meetings** from the sidebar.
3. The list shows every meeting with date, attendees, and topic.

## Meeting Detail

Each meeting record includes:

* **Transcript** — full searchable transcript.
* **AI Summary** — high-level summary of what was discussed.
* **Decisions** — explicit decisions made in the meeting.
* **Action Items** — extracted tasks with assignee and due date.
* **Risks and Blockers** — items flagged for attention.
* **Attendees** — who joined.

## Meeting Prep

Before a scheduled meeting, the platform generates a **Meeting Prep** document:

* Open items from the previous meeting.
* Outstanding action items assigned to attendees.
* Recent project changes and risks.
* Suggested agenda topics.

Open the prep document from the upcoming meeting or the project home page.

## Action Items

Action items extracted from a meeting can be:

* Reviewed and accepted, which creates a tracked task.
* Edited if the assignee or due date is wrong.
* Dismissed if the AI mis-extracted.

Accepted action items appear in the Schedule and on assignee dashboards.

## Search Across Meetings

Use the global search to find specific topics, decisions, or quotes across every meeting on the project.
