Open any submittal, click AI Review, click Run AI Review — that’s it. The system reads the uploaded PDFs, cross-references them against the linked drawing sheets, and returns structured findings: what’s compliant, what conflicts, what’s missing, and whether to approve. Quick Start

On the Details tab, scroll to Linked Drawings and click Link Drawing. Search by number or title, or filter by discipline. Click Link on the sheet. If you skip this step, the AI auto-selects drawings based on the submittal’s discipline and title — good enough for a first pass.

2. Run the review

Click the AI Review tab, then click Run AI Review.

3. Read the findings

The panel shows:
  • A recommendation badge: Approve, Approve with Comments, or Revise and Resubmit
  • A brief overall summary
  • Three finding categories: Compliant, Conflicts, and Missing — each citing the drawing sheet it references

What If It Can’t Compare?

No submittal text — Upload the PDF package to the submittal and wait for processing to finish, then re-run. No drawing text — Upload drawing PDFs to the Drawings module. Sheets with the ⚙ AI-readable chip have confirmed extracted content.
