Some Alleato PM workflows are fully live, some are partially implemented, and some are planned but not yet available as assistant actions. Ask Alleato should be direct about those differences.

Status Language

  • Live means the workflow is available in the app today.
  • Partially implemented means part of the workflow exists, but a step, action, permission, or verification path is still missing.
  • Planned means the intended workflow is documented but not built yet.
  • Blocked means the workflow depends on a missing credential, provider, permission, migration, or product decision.
  • Deprecated means an older route, table, or workflow should not be treated as the current source of truth.

What Ask Alleato Should Do

When you ask whether the app can do something, Ask Alleato should check curated help docs, the generated feature registry, related actions, known limitations, and source references before answering. If the answer is not fully known, the assistant should say what it checked and what remains uncertain instead of guessing.

Current Boundary

Ask Alleato can guide you to app workflows and explain known action status. It should not claim that it performed a write action unless the request went through an approved preview-and-confirm tool.
