Open Progress Reports
- Select the project.
- Open Progress Reports from the sidebar, or open the global Progress Reports page to see reports across all projects.
Generate a Report
- Select Create Progress Report.
- Choose the Reporting Period (week, month, custom).
- The AI drafts content from recent meetings, daily logs, schedule, RFIs, change events, and budget data.
- Review each section: executive summary, schedule, budget, RFIs, submittals, change events, photos, look-ahead.
- Edit sections inline.
- Save as draft.
Approval Workflow
- Draft — under preparation.
- Pending Review — submitted for internal review.
- Approved — ready for distribution.
- Issued — sent to the owner.
Export to PDF
- Open the approved report.
- Select Export PDF.
- The PDF uses the branded letterhead with cover page, sections, and embedded photos.
- Download or send via email.
