Progress Reports are the periodic status reports issued to the owner or internal stakeholders. The platform helps draft them with AI, routes them through approval, and exports a branded PDF.

Open Progress Reports

  1. Select the project.
  2. Open Progress Reports from the sidebar, or open the global Progress Reports page to see reports across all projects.

Generate a Report

  1. Select Create Progress Report.
  2. Choose the Reporting Period (week, month, custom).
  3. The AI drafts content from recent meetings, daily logs, schedule, RFIs, change events, and budget data.
  4. Review each section: executive summary, schedule, budget, RFIs, submittals, change events, photos, look-ahead.
  5. Edit sections inline.
  6. Save as draft.

Approval Workflow

  • Draft — under preparation.
  • Pending Review — submitted for internal review.
  • Approved — ready for distribution.
  • Issued — sent to the owner.
Approval requires the appropriate permission. See Manage User Access.

Export to PDF

  1. Open the approved report.
  2. Select Export PDF.
  3. The PDF uses the branded letterhead with cover page, sections, and embedded photos.
  4. Download or send via email.
