Steps
- Open User Management.
- Stay on the App Users tab.
- Select Add App User.
- Enter the user’s first name, last name, email address, and title.
- Choose whether the user should have All projects access or Specific projects access.
- Choose the correct Permission template.
- If you selected Specific projects, choose the projects the user should access.
- Select Send Invite.
What the Invited User Does
- They receive an email from Alleato.
- They select Accept invitation.
- They land on Create your password.
- They create a password for their account.
- They log in with their email address and the password they created.
Check Before Sending
- Use the company email address that should own the account.
- Confirm whether the person needs Admin, Project Manager, Superintendent, or another permission template.
- Confirm whether the person should have All projects access or only selected project access.
- For subcontractors and owner contacts, confirm whether they should be added through the project directory instead of App Users.
